We also firmly believe that as the client you should be able to choose when and where to close. We will close any where and any time to meet our client's needs, at no additional cost. Our all inclusive settlement fee is $499.00. Our client's will never be surprised at the closing table with additional hidden title fees or cost. Whether you are a first time home buyer or an experienced home buying veteran, we guarantee you will be satisfied with your experience.
